Lisolo Novel is made by Puzzle Studio Creative. This says what we keep, why, and how to make us stop.

What we keep

• Your account. The name you chose, and an email address if you gave one or signed in with Apple or Google. Passwords are stored as a hash and can never be read back, by us or anyone.
• Your reading. Which chapters you have opened and finished, so a book waits where you left it.
• Your wallet. How many tokens you hold and which books you have unlocked.
• Counts. How many people opened a chapter, liked it or rated it. A view is counted once per visitor per day using a salted one-way hash of the address and browser. The address itself is never stored.

What we do not do

We do not sell anything about you. We do not share it with advertisers. There is no advertising in the app or on the site.

Payments

Token packs are bought on our website through Stripe, who handle the card and tell us only that a payment succeeded. We never see a card number. Nothing is sold inside the iPhone app.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly keep an account for one.

Closing your account

You can close your account at any time, in the app under Profile, or by writing to us. It takes everything with it: the account, the reading, the wallet. It cannot be undone.
